Shipping Policy
FurryTaste currently ships within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 0–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 3–15 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier.
Standard shipping is $8 per order. Some items may arrive in separate packages when products are fulfilled from different locations. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your FurryTaste purchase. Because many of our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers, we currently accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact FurryTaste within 30 days of delivery. Include your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved. For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, FurryTaste will provide instructions regarding the return and applicable return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other non-defective products. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used pet products are not eligible for return.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return or claim has been reviewed and approved.
